I currently accept payments with PayPal, and card payments with Stripe.
Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns regarding your item/s purchased. I will gladly accept refunds when possible, and within 14 days of delivery.
I am not responsible for any return postage costs.
I aim to post items out within 3-5 business days from purchase. Commissions and items made to order will take longer to ship; please contact me to discuss any shipping queries before purchase.
UK SHIPPING - I post my items with Royal Mail within the UK. I will inform you if this is any different.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - All items posted to countries outside the UK are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping internationally can take up to 4 weeks, longer if an item gets held up in customs, unfortunately there is nothing I can do to quicken the process if this happens!
Please be aware of your countries customs and import tax charges, as I am not to be held responsible for any additional costs.
